FAQS - Little Cat Photography by Laura Flannigan
  • FAQS

How does a photo session work and what does the session price cover? Each pet and situation is different; no session is ever the same. I come to you on location where your pet is comfortable which is important to capture your pets true self and personality. When I arrive, I set up and spend some time with your pet before I start the photo session. After I get to know your pet and he or she is comfortable, then I begin the photographing. The photo session covers 1 hour of photographing your pet, professional processing and post editing, travel time, and my expertise. Prints are not included. Please inquire on print pricing.

What if my pet doesn't cooperate or if there is not enough space or light?  Photo sessions with pets can be unpredictable; I will spend extra time with them if needed. I may ask for one on one time with your pet; usually the alone time helps a pet relax and I get to know him or her better to capture the personality. I work in small spaces quite frequently when I am taking photos for the rescue groups, so I am used to small spaces. Not enough light?  Don't worry about that, I use portable studio lighting. When I arrive on site, I will evaluate the space, light, and where your pet is most comfortable.

When will I see the photos? Within 7-10 days, I will email you  with a password to  view your photos online and they can be ordered on my website.

How much are prints?  Please inquire via email for print pricing.
